“Sardine”
Alban Magd,
Elisabeth Verrat

As part of the support to young designers proposed by Massilia, the artist-designer duo Alban Magd and Elisabeth Verrat, graduated from the Beaux-Arts de Marseille in June 2021, are developing one of their end-of-year project, a domestic wind-turbine :

“La Sardine” is a wind turbine made in Marseille, designed, in its most compact format, to accompany our journeys through the landscapes of Provence. Designed to be dismantled thanks to its easy to fit system, “La Sardine” can be stored in a bag and then, taking advantage of the mistral wind in the evening, deployed on the bivouac to provide a loading point and additional light on the camp. In its larger versions, “La Sardine” can be installed in a garden, a terrace or on a balcony. Delivered in a compact package, the wind turbine becomes a sculptural and dynamic object to light up our outdoors in the evening. With modularity and flexibility, “La Sardine” can be stored and deployed according to our needs and desires.

Design Contest
”Apéro Anisé”

In the frame of collaborations between young designers and companies settled by Massilia, the design contest organized with MX, a subsidiary of the Pernod Ricard Group in Marseilles, launched at the beginning of March 2022, has the theme “Aniseed Aperitif”. While a first selection of candidates was established in early May, the three shortlisted winners were given an envelope to cover the production, the prototypes were shown in Marseille at the end of June 2022.

“Apérimètre”

Matteo Penza, Lara Spadari, Charles Wicquart

A device designed to limit the quantities ingested during the aperitif. Components of a landscape as playful as cruel, the elements of the ‘Apérimètre’ give access to the food they carry in an uneasy and slow way. ‘Aperimetry’ means “to do with the waiting and spending that time wondering what to do with it”.

Promis c’est 100% Ricard  !

Juliette Rougier

With a single gesture and a single cut, a half-bottle can be transformed into an ice-cube scoop, a bowl, a tasting board, or even a candle holder – in short, something that goes along with your aperitifs until sunset. The whole is made exclusively from recycled Ricard bottles and solid beech wood.

“Marsïo  \ Solïo”

Eva Cecchi

An ode to the South and its art of living, the Marsïo \ Solïo collection comes along our moments of conviviality. Solïo reveals the star anise as an inspiring sun : here, the dishes are composed and recomposed ad infinitum in order to create a unique luminous table. Like a bewitching perfume, star anise blends in to underline the elegance and minimalism of Marsïo, the freshness carafe.
